This is based on the life of Joan Colt and Eleanor Bonham Carter. Joan is the ward of Eustache Bonham Carter. Thus, Joan is best friends with Eleanor. Both girls have very distinct personalities. They have recently arrived at court after having run away from Ormonde.
Meanwhile, Thomas More is still haunted by his secret love for KoA. KoA is engaged to King Henry, but she consummated her marriage to the late Prince Arthur. Henry has spotted the young Joan Colt and has an attraction towards her, at first she refuses his advances, but later she becomes pregnant with his bastard and makes a deal to marry Sir Thomas More.
This role play is set in July of 1509. Henry has already been coronated and the wedding is being planned. However, KOA has tragically died of tuberculosis before the wedding could take place. King Henry marries Eleanor instead.
This is an AU world. So, that means anything can happen. The board is very MATURE. So, if you can handle STRONG and MATURE situations than join.
